The only drawback I see to these letters is also one of their best features: the gold edging. The edge adds a bit of sparkle and glitz, which is what I like about it. But it’s also a relatively thick plastic or vinyl, so there’s no way you can use needle and thread and just sew right through it .Fortunately the peel and stick is there as these are already sticky: peel off the wax paper , then stick your letters where you want them. Let them sit a day or more so the glue can really “set” or cure before you try washing whatever clothing you’ve stuck them on to be on the safe side. Even then, I’d suggest you just air dry and not put these through the dryer.For the price, I consider these a good value. I like the quality and the variety of colors and the softness of the fabric. I would order these again.
