I travel for a living and take injections. The frozen insert does everything it claims, keeps my medicine at the cold through even the longest airline delays, even in this summer’s intense heat. The true test is when I got to my latest destination and the refrigerator was broken. I used the cooling top for the first time and I’m blown away. It’s been a full day, my frozen insert is still completely frozen due to the cooling top and my medication is still safe. In the pictures I’ve scratched off the frost to show how cold the cooling top stays. This is worth every penny and works better than I expected. Thank you for this wonderful product!!

You need to have the opportunity to freeze the gel pack before flying. Once at destination, the usb top will only drop the temperature about 25 degrees F

item worked fine during a 2 day trip then i stored it and 2 months later tried to use it for another trip and did not work at all

Lo único que recomiendo cuando se viaje con este minirefrigerador, es asegurarse de que, si el hotel tiene tarjetas llave que controlan toda la electricidad de la habitación, se pida en recepción o con el personal que labora en las habitaciones, la posibilidad de dejar la tarjeta puesta (con todas las luces apagadas), para que el aparato permanezca conectado.

Fuimos de viaje y todo funcionó a la perfección, tanto el gel como el compartimento de hielos guardaron la temperatura en los trayectos más "cortos" (entre 5 y 12 horas) y, ya instalados en el hotel, estuvo conectado el enfriador funcionando perfectamente. No tuvimos ningún contratiempo en el aeropuerto.

Excelente producto. Sirve para transportar medicamentos de forma segura. Si usas el gel dura alrededor de 26 horas. Puedes utilizar hielos o bien, conectarlo a la corriente y funciona como refrigerador.Excelente para viajes. Mis medicamentos se mantuvieron a excelente temperatura siempre.TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.
