El producto es de buena calidad, igual al original que traía el auto. Funciona perfectamente y a una cuarta parte del precio de agencia.

WORKED GREAT ON MY WIFE'S 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE............This part was an exact match with the part I replaced. As like the other reviews, it is difficult to get to, but if you take your time and have small hands to help you, you can get this job done in about 45 minutes. I watched the Youtube video on the replacement on an Enclave and it helped me understand how to remove the glove box and take out the bottom piece below for easier access to the Actuator. I also took out the Cabin Air Filter while I had the glove box out and blew it out and cleaned it (It was a little dirty). I took out the 3 screws with the,(Neiko 03044A Mini Ratcheting Offset Screwdriver and Bit Set, Pocket Size Close-Quarters ),1/4-Inch Drive, I ordered it along with the Actuator part. Made the job much easier with the tight corders. I did loose one of the screws in the process but the other two held the part secure so it didn't effect me that much. Got it screwed back in with the help of my wife's little hands and started the car to make sure the part was working correctly and turning the vents as it should. It worked great and rotated as I switch the vents form floor to face to defrost. I am happy I attempted this job and not taken it to a machinc and saved me a good chunk of change.

This fixed my problem on my 2010 Buick Enclave. The actuator on the passenger side was stuck on heat and would not turn to AC. I fixed this myself, but it was a pretty tricky install. I ended up drilling a hole to get to the 3rd bolt, which would be near impossible without one!

I needed this to replace a broken actuator in my 2012 GMC Acadia. The A/C was stuck in defrost mode. I could cycle through the modes on the display but the vent positions didn't actually change. No way was I paying $500 for this to be repaired profesionally when I could do it myself for a $42 part. It took me one hour of time and the absolutely necessary small ratchet set that another poster mentioned and we now have a working mode door actuator. Not gonna lie...it was tedious work. And I did have a roughed up hand afterward from jamming it in that tight space by the glove compartment but it was so worth the financial savings. The new part works perfectly. Sidenote: If you're worried you won't be able to do this repair yourself, know that I am a 40 year old female with only a mild mechanical inclination (no actual know how...just a determination to fix things myself) who was able to do this easily on my own. Good luck!

Perfect fit, but a pain to install. My big hands were a problem; small hands needed for this job. I used a mini-rachet to remove the three screws, and managed to reinstall two of them. The actuator works fine with only two screws holding it in place. Lots of good videos on YouTube to show you how to save a few hundred bucks doing this job yourself.

My 2011 Chevrolet Traverse's windshield was getting foggy or not defrosting and I realized I had a problem. Researched the problem and came to the conclusion this actuator was bad as the problem appears quite common. Saw reports that dealers charge up to $600 to make this repair and I thought I would try to fix it myself.Several posted instructions on forums or YouTube describing the replacement procedure. Take out the glove box and the covering below the glove box. This part was pretty straight forward and completed without incident. Removing the screws that secure the actuator was VERY difficult and I tried removing it with a T-20 bit connected to various drivers or trying to turn the screws holding the bit with my fingers. Did this over two evenings and was only successful removing one of the three screws securing the actuator. Considered giving up. The space to the left and above the glove box is exceptionally tight and I could not get any of my tools to fit in the limited space and having large hands, I simply could not loosen the screw holding the unit.Studied the problem and determined that a miniature ratchet attached to a T-20 bit was the only chance I had to successfully make the repair.Found the following ratchet on Amazon and ordered it with next day shipping via Amazon Prime:Neiko 03044A Mini Ratcheting Screwdriver and Bit Set, Pocket Size Close-Quarters ,1/4-Inch Drive Only set me back $7.00.This ratchet set includes a T-20 bit and once the bit was seated in the screw head, I was able to slowly use the tool to remove the remaining screws. I was overjoyed when the defective unit finally came out. I replaced the defective unit. It was no surprise to discover it challenging to set the screws back in place. The space is very tight and it took a couple of tries. Once the screws were set, the mini ratchet worked well and everything is back in place and my HVAC in my vehicle has been restored to full function.Rating the product five stars because it solved the problem and I saved myself at least several hundred dollars. Takes determination to execute the repair but after five hours of frustration, I found the job took an hour once I had the right tool. Huge sense of accomplishment to successfully make this repair. I have some mechanical aptitude but not with working on cars.
