Bought this in May 2024By mid Jan 2025 it stopped working.It is the correct party easy to install but did not last very long

Not getting power to passenger door. Tried this switch first but did not fix issue. The auto down function did not work on this part. Replaced with original and this is sitting on the shelf.

So far, so good! I installed this on a ‘03 F150 Supercrew on 2/12/24 and it took only 5 minutes to complete although I assume had my bezel not been broken it would take an additional 5 to 10 minutes to install just because installer should be extra careful removing the bezel and window button panel since plastics used in vehicles that are over 20 years old get brittle and will easily break if not babied. I used my pocket knife to unclip the old window control unit but even a butter knife would suffice as well if the installer doesn’t have proper trim removal kit. Once installed the power window unit worked immediately with the only exception being my driver side Auto window down feature no longer works and even after following the process to reset it, it still didn’t work. I do not think this is a defect in the unit I received I believe my GEM module is broken or shorted like so many other Ford trucks in the model years of ‘99 to ‘03.I couldn’t be happier now that my drivers side window again works and passengers can roll down their windows again. Before I replaced the unit only the drivers window panel worked to roll down other windows in the truck and the driver side window would not roll down either. I wish I would have just bought this online 2 years ago instead of waiting to find one at a junkyard that would probably have cost more and may not have even worked very long.The buttons on this aftermarket unit look and feel just like the original unit did when I purchased the truck in 2005.

Worked like new. Will order if I need another. My auto down doesn't work but oh well. It works great.
