Good quality plastic, the motor has bearings, strong construction, two screws to hold the motor to plastic housing, (I think this is important to prevent the motor from losing balance, the original has one holding screw)If you are installing this fan on a 2017 Honda CRV, make sure that the motor is line up straight, maintaining a proper clearance with the housing..

Wow, the blower motor was difficult to get the screws out. But after some contortionist movements I was able to replace my broken blower motor with this one. I don't think my ac has ever worked this well and strong, even when it was new. Very thankful, easy to install after I got the screws out to remove to old one:)

Perfect fit. Works extremely well. No noise what so ever. Appears to be stronger than the OEM blower. No complaints. Installation was easy if you have commonsense. Great buy.
