These are a quality fabric. Excellent elastic waist...no need to use the tie string. I have small waist and a pear size bottom. These fit my 2x size perfectly. The pin stipe is fun. They are great for a pear shaped woman. They wash well and I hang to dry. No one gets that they are Chef pants they just compliment me on them.
