Like others have said, I thought it looked big at first. Put it on and it was almost a little tight! I’m a 34C and usually a small or medium in tops, typically a medium in sports bras. I think it’s pretty TTS but if you are in between sizes, size up. Not sure if i would recommend for any super high impact workouts but medium or low impact definitely. Totally seamless and felt secure and supported.

Love this bra top. Navy color is perfect. I'm a medium in bra tops, for athletic back/shoulders. Great fabric. Runs true to size. I like a more fitted fit to keep things from moving however sometimes that causes overflow, bra fat, side boob under the arm : ( This bra doesn't do that, not tight, great coverage. Holds up while doing lots of arm movements in dance classes & high intensity dynamic movement classes like HIIT, cross fit, etc. I wish it came in a version without the cut out in the back I would buy that too.

It's a spandex type seamless bra top with thin padded breast pads. Would have been OK even with the bounce if the back space wasn't cut out. Have a small amount of back fat that leaves an oval shape fat protrusion through hole on the back. Unfortunately had to return. Maybe ok for small sizes
