My daughter is a dancer and this item help her to protect her knees super good, great quality, easy to use, she still can make her movements normally, fits great.

Padding worked well, comfortable fit and matched skin color. Great for dance class , they wasn’t noticeable

Bought for dancing, heels/floorwork. Stayed in place the whole time! Comfortable fit. Overall loved them & would purchase again.

The best I've tried so far , many of my dance friends asked for the link because these kneepads fit well, stay in place and don't make too much compression under the knee

These knee pads are great!! I have two pairs and they’re both perfect. They never slip down and they’re super protective without being bulky. I wear them under my skirts for performances if I’m doing floor work and you can’t see them at all!
