I got a small.Pre pregnancy 5' and 105lbs and barely 32" chest. Athletic build.Currently 16w pregnant and 118/9lbs, bust is 34". Because this is my second baby, I'd say I look the equivalent to 21w of a 1st time mom belly.The torso is short and I'm not sure how anyone who isn't short (close to 5') could fit the length.With the bra pads in, the chest fits fine, but without extra room. Since there's no shelf bra elastic, I think you need the snugness for support.My thighs are average, maybe a bit muscular? and I found the thigh circumference acceptable but almost squeezing.Oddly, the cut of the back body does not hug your mid back but rather falls straight from shoulder blades to low back, making you look larger/thicker.I anticipate this will fit the entire pregnancy as the belly area is currently not tight (looks ok to wear now) but is stretchier/less thick, than the ribbed area. Hopefully my legs don't get bigger and I'll just remove the bra pads continue to fit.I do like the colour, wash and fabric thickness. It's a good layering piece and nice on it's own if you don' t mind the thick side view.

SIZE UP UP UP. These are made for children imSure. Usually I’d order a small in anything (uk 10, 32 D chest) but went up to a medium in this to allow for a bit of room as can’t stand anything tight at the moment. I wish I’d got an XL to be honest. Such a shame!

This jumpsuit is really comfortable and has a great amount of compression. I have the Lululemon one as well and this is definitely comparable for a fifth of the cost. The material is thick and I love that it’s not ribbed on the stomach (that makes my preggo belly itchy). If you are tall, this may not fit well, the torso is a bit short. I’m 5’3 and the chest part dips pretty low.

I’ve been wanting a maternity body suit that actually fits and isn’t see through! This is a thick material and excellent coverage! It’s not too tight on my belly either!I’m 5’5”, 162lbs, 36D and 32 weeks pregnant, I went with my normal sizing medium and it fits great! I could use a little more space in my chest but I think a large would be too big everywhere else.
