We really like the design of the dispenser and it worked well, but two have broken on us so far and didn’t even make it a year. Can someone please help me contact the manufacturer?

The finish matches the faucet but even better it's super convenient with the tubing inserted into a BJ's size hand soap.

Bought this to replace an older soap dispenser that wore out. I had hoped that I could just replace the pump and not the mounting and the soap bottle, but this pump didn’t fit down inside the old bottle. That was okay though, replacing these is easy. One plastic nut holds the mounting tube under the sink. That came off easily.I put the new mount tube in and screwed the plastic nut that came with the new pump, in to the tube and hand tightened it. Attached the new bottle, filled it with fresh soap and inserted the new pump. Done!

UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: I have to speak out toward the excellent Customer Service. After reading my review, I was contacted and offered another pump as replacement. Well, I'd already purchased another one so they very kindly refunded the full price. Customer service like that is hard to find any more. THANK YOU!!!Loved that the soap was dispensed directly down - no squirting your shirt or across the sink.Loved the look!Didn't like the rather small soap bottle.... chronically filling it.HATED that it broke in under one month. The plastic piece that connects the pump to the dispensing straw simply broke in half requiring needle nose pliers to get it out. I'm shopping again. Naturally it happened just over the 1 month mark and I couldn't return it.
