I can only assume my product would have been on par with other reviews, so 4 stars. I received an empty box that was damaged in shipping, with no response from either the manufacturer or Amazon.

I like the stone bathmats. Unlike the fabric or yard ones we are used to, these dry quickly and don't retain an odor. Hubby and I both prefer them to other bathmats. BUT, you need to make sure your floor is level. This is our third (and fourth since there are two) stone mats. The first one cracked and finally broke in half. We redid our bathroom (not just because of the mat) and the second one is doing much better, but it had started to warp. So we got these. The decorative swirl is cute, but not really necessary, but these are fine. They will shed a little, but that's to be expected. I'll take that over the mildewy smell of normal bathmats that never dry.

These are beautiful stone mats with a modern, yet boo feel to them.They aren't especially thick, but they have a nice weight to them. It's very important you place these on a hard, flat surface, as they can Crack if you step on them and they aren't stable.I'd love to give these 5 starts because they do perform well as far as their fast drying capabilities but they leave your feet and floors with a gray, powdery residue (and yes I washed them with warm soap and water before use.) For that, I had to take two stars because dirty feet defeats the purpose of a bath mat.They do come with a grippy pad so that it doesn't slide around your floors, and the mat itself is slip resistant.All in all it's a great concept but needs some fine tuning on the durability and functionality. I wouldn't buy again for these reasons.

Beware! I followed the instructions and rinsed my mats before using them, letting them dry fully, but 3 days later and it still leaves a dark residue under our feet and on the floor. It does dry quickly, but I have to wash my feet after my shower which defeats the entire purpose of a bathroom mat.
