This is my 3rd time buying this vest. The first two were outstanding in function and quality. These are for my service dog and worn hours every day, lots of sun. The only reason I replaced them was the UV death star.The fabric, with so much sun, finally fades out and starts falling apart. Just the nature of the beast.If it exists in time, it goes away.The first two vests were 5-stars all the way.This new vest has the orange colored ears on the release tabs. I was so spoiled from never a failure to lock on first insertion, and more importantly, how just sliding my two fingers across the fasteners would almost magically release them and they would fall open. I loved these (new to me) metal fasteners.From the very beginning these new orange colored ear ones were difficult to catch closed when inserting them and didn't release easily. I figured maybe with use they would improve. They didn't and only got worse. I tried different levels of force and speed, and even lubed them with high-end knife pivot lube.Nothing has worked. They just kept getting worse. Now I have to try almost a dozen inserts to get them to catch. That's a dozen on each fastener.Next thing I knew my 30 days to return the vest had passed.Such is life.As much as I have loved the previous iterations of the vest I must suggest not buying one of these.The magic of the easily fastened and released has died.

La pechera se demoró casi un mes en llegarme , y para mi decepción le quedó enorme a mi perro . Medí cuidadosamente la talla de mi mascota de acuerdo a las medidas de la imagen del producto y NO coindicen . Lo cual me molesta , porque además no hay devolución … más que un 10% para lo que cuesta la pechera , que no es un precio un poco alto . Mala experiencia sinceramente

We have a 2-year-old Border Collie, and needed a secure harness to use while on our summer camping trips. We needed a harness he could not wiggle or back out of. It was important to get a harness that would not rub or chafe at his skin. This harness works perfectly! I measured him, and ordered the size Medium, as recommended by the size chart. It's a perfect fit -- comfortable and secure.!This harness is much nicer quality than I was expecting! The all metal buckles are easy to use, even when he is squirming, and they are very secure. The fabric is very nice quality, and it is well-constructed. I shopped like crazy before deciding upon the ICEFANG, and I'm so happy with my choice. I definitely recommend this dog harness!

I have recently had a large weight loss and am into fitness. The problem is with taking our Belgian Malinois with me on my walk/run. That giraffe neck of hers always gets out of collars or gets choked, there seems to be no in between. This vest is virtually impossible for her to get out of. When you have a dog that has the burnt nerve and crack head mentality like a Mal does, you need a good sturdy means of controlling them. I am 5'5" and have to bend slightly to use the handle on the back of the vest to hold tight to her. I am very happy with the quality and sturdiness of this vest/harness. I highly recommend it! The only problem I see is if she is sitting the harness looks extremely uncomfortable around her armpit/ribcage area. Mal's have that deep but skinny chest. But while moving it doesn't seem to rub at all. So it's not really a problem.

Bought for my Staffordshire Bull Terrier and as a harness it fits her. But I bought it because she does not get on with other dogs and I need to lift her at a moments notice. Where the handle is situated at the front as you try to lift her she just slips out. I have a tuff wear harness at present with the handle midway down her back and that lifts her perfectly. This is a poor design and unsuitable for its stated use.
