DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET!!! If you live in an apartment or condo this faucet might not work (maybe a house too). It's a waste of money, even on sale. After I installed the unit I found out the automatic feature was preventing any hot water flow to other units like the one below me. I live in a very well maintained, top notch condo. The only thing the seller was worried about was covering themselves. They do not care about good customer service. They would not allow a return because it was past the timeline but the building didn't know the issue until they saw the new faucet I installed. You better cross your fingers if you order this faucet!

I really liked the price and wanted to try a touch. It has a timer and turns off after being on so long is my only complaint. It's a good safety feature but when washing dishes it gets annoying. Touch is also super sensitive.

The kitchen faucet breaks, every time you pull it down to wash the sink it sprays the window, your paper towel roll and your shirt. Husband tries to fix it, breaks it clean off with his supper human strength (and NO patience) Then you're tasked to find a new faucet for your He-Man husband to install that's already pissed because he'd rather be working on cars. You just want pretty and functioning. You have no idea about the mechanics. All I hear in the back of my head is - you get what you pay for rarrr rarr rarr. Some of these faucets are hundreds of dollars! I am cheap! but this faucet was not! I love it! It's beautiful and sturdy. Here the next day. Great packaging (doubt he looked at the instructions =) My husband loves it. Easy to install - except his He-man fat fingers lost a screw behind the cabinet (could use an extra) and be sure to have batteries on hand for the sensor! BUT BUY THE FAUCET!**UPDATE - 3 months and I'm eating my words! The hose under the sink leaks and it's not a part you can replace with something from the hardware store. The Seller (xinhuiquhongchangjinshuzhipinyouxiangongsi) can't be contacted - Watch out for that! The window closed for support yesterday! Amazon says not their problem. It's not worth the "I told you so from He-man" DON'T BUY THE FAUCET!!!!
