everyone is different and depending on your needs. I just wanted a simple steamer with a large water holder. This one lasts a long time. It’s a larger size, if you’re looking for a travel one, you might find this one a bit big. But if you want simple and works great you’ll find the room in your suitcase.

Heats up quickly and has a fair sized water reservoir. Works well.

I originally was going to give this steamer a five star as it did a really nice job steaming my curtains and delicate clothes. I have only used this steamer twice and recently needed to use it again.I have changed to give this a one star only, as the steamer does not work anymore and I have had it for less than a year and only used twice. The element warms up as it should, but will not release steam no matter how many times I try. All parts are connected correctly and plenty of water without overfilling, but when pushing the button for steam, nothing happens. It is way past the return window so I guess I will have to stick with my old iron as it is still reliable. Not worth the money when only able to use twice.

New Update! 6/9/2024. Contacted the Supplier - they were very sorry and wanted to help. They immediately sent me a new steamer and this one has been working GREAT! The steamer is super easy to use and I love it! I was very disappointed when it quit working. I am a very satisfied customer! Great steamer and great customer service! Update. Too late to return. Talked to am amazon rep since it was sent by Amazon. They said no return was available even though it was defective since it was past the one month date.

This is a good generic steamer. It lets out a lot of steam, so it does get the fabric pretty wet. But I prefer that to a weak steamer. My friend (bride) and I (bridesmaid) brought our steamers for her dress, for the getting-ready time. Her steamer was one of those really bougie-looking rose gold steamers. Unfortunately, her cord was really short and it hardly made a difference in steaming her veil. I mean, it was barely letting out any steam at all. It would've taken hours to steam the veil and even then, I'm not sure how well that would've worked. I gave up on her steamer and started using mine. Wow, this steamer did the job and did it quickly. The cord was also double the length of hers. I wouldn't consider it extremely long, but those couple of feet made a huge difference! And any part of her dress or veil that got wet from the steamer dried up in minutes. It wasn't even a concern
