I keep one of these in my tote bag. It's easy to use to cut just the length of tape that I need. The cutting edge moves up and down from the dispenser opening so it's out of the way when unneeded. There is no rough edge to get caught on other contents of my tote.

This is a pack of two Donut Shape Mini Tape Dispensers, blue and pink.I didn't release this was for mini - tape, I thought the mini referred to the size of the dispenser, so that is on me.The dispensers look like two cute donuts, made of hardened silicone, with the tape cutting blade hidden into the "donut", and you lift it out when in use.The instructions on the back of the package are worse than useless, please watch the video unless you are good at figuring things out. (Why oh why can't foreign countries get a decent translator for all their wonderful products that need instructions? And no, Google translator is NOT a translator, in case you are listening!)The enclosed cellophane tape is thinner than an American roll of Scotch tape.The enclosed tape is 10 mm. American cellophane (Scotch) tape is 25.4 mm.While I can fit a roll of American Scotch tape in the donut holder, it doesn't cut well, I do not get a clean edge, it is wavy.I see from the title of this product it is meant for eyelash tape which is 10mm wide, so this would be perfect.If you use washi tape in 10mm width, this would work perfectly.I am going to check in the Asian store Daiso near me to see if they sell tape at a reasonable price 10mm wide to fit in this, otherwise these have no use for me, as I don't use eyelash extensions.Oh well.But if you use eyelash tape or washi tape or other tape that is 10mm wide, these would work perfectly.They are great value for money and are highly recommended.

These donut tape dispensers are cute but they do not have a locking system so if you drop them, even from a short distance, they come apart. The tape that comes with them is very narrow, about half of the opening width. The blade that cuts the tape is pretty sharp but if you pull out the little lip too far the tape will fold and get caught upon closing.
