I bought to build some smaller plastic tanks and it works well, but it not a pro unit. Will likely have a shorter life than a more expensive welder. It serves my "weekend warrior" use case however.

It starts off at 1,2,3,4,5 warm,6 slightly warmer, 7,8,9, too hot.Temperature output depends on the type of nozzle installed on the tip. I found it very hard to regulate the temp according to the paperwork with it.

The welder worked well and did the job . The main issue I have is that the instructions on how to use the welder was very limited in the brochure included with the welder. Strongly recommend that purchasers go to YouTube and watch one or more of the videos on how to use this welder.
