So quick and easy to install. My pups learned to use the door in a few minutes with treats being held on the other side. My backyard is accessible via sliding glass door. This solved to problem (at least for the warmer months)

...the instructions suck. They are a bit vague. I recommend googling the proper placement for a dog door and how to measure your dog. Also, I suggest placing the door on the floor over one side of the frame along a yardstick which will allow you to more easily fine tune the placement to assure it is level. Be absolutely certain you place the top of the frame towards the top of the door. It can be deceiving. Do NOT cut out the screen until both sides of the frame are connected. Then cut out the screen and place it in the flap and attach the flap within the frame. You may even want to entice your dog to pass through BEFORE installing the flap if the dog is not accustomed to using a pet door. All in all, it's a pretty good product.

We received this doggie door quickly and undamaged. It is a good sturdy door. I wanted something sturdy for when they get the zombies. You have to push real hard to snap it together.I am still trying to teach our dogs to use it.My dogs are small, timid and skittish so I’m not sure if it’s the weight of the door or the idea that it might swing back at them, but they will not use it on there own yet. I always have to push or pull it open a smidge and tell them to push. But I’m sure with time they will figure it out. Because they will push a door open that is ajar.Update: it’s been 2 months and the dogs love their door and run in and out of it with no fear. Even my super skidish one that use to wait for it to come to a complete stop has learned to catch it on the swing out if the other dog goes out first.
