Perfect fit for my 2004 Honda Accord LX, works just like the original be different is the button movement seem a little bit more stiff or sharp to the movement while the original movement was smooth and soft I hope as time passes and wear and tear kicks in that it will also be softer and smoother and doesn't make the click sound when you press the buttons.

For anyone having troubles with their key fob… just look up a YouTube video on how to reprogram a new key fob. The wireless communication comes from this exact switch box, so replacing it ultimately means your car doesn’t recognize any key fobs. Once you do that everything will work perfectly, even rolling down the windows with the key.

This part comes with an easily removable cover, then gets installed properly and works fine. Just three screws hold the door panel in place it's an easy job

I put it on a 2005 Honda Accord. It wouldn't sinc with key fob key. But it worked good.
