This is the ultimate tool for construction. It has driven 8000 screws so far with no problem.Screws go down fast with very very few misfires. Plenty of torque to drive subfloor down.Driver bits last about 4-6k screws before they need to be replaced. Not bad!Handy for drywall, subfloor, and hardieboard. 10/10 would buy again!

We have been gradually replacing the carpet throughout out house. During the process, we spent a long time driving deck screws through squeaky or loose floor boards before installing the new carpet. Our latest project was the largest room in the house, so I bought this screwgun. I went through the entire room and attached hallway in a fraction of the time it would have taken otherwise. I used twice as many screws using this gun than I would have used before, also. Once you get the hang of it, it goes very quickly.One note: This model is capable of handling drywall screws and deck screws because it runs at a lower RPM. It comes with a philips head bit and a Robertson (#2 square) bit also.

Had to rebuild a lake deck used over 3200 screws to do the work so easy to use, quick work, very few to almost no misses. This is must have to drive screws and this tool could accommodate different size screw lengths

I tried another brand and it lasted 10 minutes. This gun is easy to use and makes quick work of installing drywall. Having/using this gun means that I can install a sheet of drywall and fasten it to the studs 4x faster than I was able to when using a conventional drywall screw gun w/o the auto feed mechanism. The screws are easy to find on Amazon, and are inexpensive. That is what is needed when installing drywall on an entire house as I am doing. Try this gun; you will love it.

I used this for about 200 sheets of drywall in my basement. It is amazing. it is super fast and easy to use. I can't imagine trying to do such a big project without it. screws are a bit pricey compared to just a box of screws, but again well worth it. I bought this one since it can also do larger screws, although I have not used it for anything but drywall so far. Plenty of power, so should work for larger screws such as a deck using the 3.5 inch screws. Rugged, took a lot of abuse from an amateur.a couple of complaints: After about 150 sheets, it seems the mechanism to feed the screws got a bit sticky and it is harder to feed the screws in than it was at first. It is big but not that heavy - i opted for the corded model thinking the battery would make it too heavy. since it is big it is hard to get in small spaces. for straight on drywall in a room it is great, but small closets or around soffits it is big. If you are up against the ceiling drywall trying to do the top row of screw on the wall, it will scar the ceiling - as you press it against the wall the mechanism gouges the ceiling, so it is difficult to get screws in corners and to get a straight shot (if you are not straight on, it won't sink the screw all the way). It took me a while to figure out what was causing the gouges. Can't find replacement bit. I would buy again for sure.
