Poor quality

Was super excited to get this and get it installed. Box felt light and After cutting off straps the box was completely empty. What a ripoff.

This product looks and feels nice but won't last. Ours is already swiveling from side to side. It's not loose under the sink it appears to be breaking at the neck. Should have known based on the price

The faucet is actually pretty nice. I would say I was surprised how much pressure it exerts but be aware that it may require some effort to pull the line of the sink as it uses a spring to hold it into place. The installation difficulty level all depends on the sink replacement. For me and my airbnb kitchen, the sink replacement was REALLY tough because the old faucet was a bit rusted onto the sink. If it a new sink, it i should be pretty easy as you dot have to remove the old one. You do require tools and possibly some plumber putty to make this work. This faucet at least has all the needed pieces in order to make this faucet work. You do not have to use any of the old pieces which is nice although some times you can use from the old faucet if it fits. You could have extra attachments if you do use old universal pieces. The installation can be easy for any beginner. The box does come with instructions on how to install the device as needed. That being said, you should be aware it varies based on the sink and water line. All the parts are pretty well made except it was a bit easy to scratch up. There was actually some scratch on the faucet just from opening the box. There is definitely some assembly required and everything is pretty much just screw into place. The handles are pretty sturdy but easy to open. You do not have to be afraid of the faucet breaking off or requiring effort to turn. It is one of those turn to control temperature and intensity all in one. The turning mechanism seems pretty sturdy and is not loose. I did not see any leaks but you do not need to open the valve extremely hard to get it to turn on. You do not have to put a ton of force on the faucet. In terms of installation after I removed the old one, I was able to easily connect to to my sink without much trouble. There were no leaks so long as you do everything according to instructions and there are no damages to the cables provided. It is universal so it should fit pretty much your standard kitchen sink opening but again always double check in case of a different design. It has a nice silver finish. Short of sanding the piece down, it should not chip away or anything. This faucet fit my kitchen decorum pretty nicely which I was lucky about. The pressure is pretty good and the faucet hook is nice to make it look like a normal sink while also giving you the ability to use it as a hose to clean your dishes easier. Be aware this is on a spring so you have to use some force to pull it down and such. Overall this is a good faucet to have. It is sturdy and well made. It is very easy to install and does not require any additional attachments to make this device work (as it comes with everything). Obviously it does not come with tools to install. The instructions are pretty straight forward making this easy to install unless you have a really rusted old faucet you need to remove first. There were no leaks or anything which is a plus. The pressure is good and the pull out attachment is sturdy/nice to have. The only thing I did not like about ti is that it was a bit scratched and it seems to scratch easily.
