5’6 XL is perfect sizeWould definitely have too wear with high waisted bottoms since the top ends like a belly shirt .Over all I love it. Will be buying another oneVery thick no see through! Can add extra pudding if want or needed in bra area.

OK, wow. I am beyond impressed with this set. It's so flattering on and the fit is good. The material feels sturdy and good quality. I'm super picky with my sportswear, especially my bike shorts. I feel like it's so difficult to find a pair that are seamless, the right length, and that fit properly. These shorts are perfect in length, are squatproof AND are seamless without having that weird "butt scrunch" effect or the dreaded camel toe. As for the top, I'm pretty flat chested so it's a challenge finding sports bras that are flattering for my shape. But this one actually is! It gives me a bit of shape too. For reference, I'm 5'7 and 120 lbs and am very lean and this is definitely very snug on me, so I can see it running small for others. Other than that...PERFECT.

34D here. Ordered a medium! Lemme tell you, I have NEVER been so in love with a sports bra. It holds well, is comfy, soft, breathable, and is so flattering. When I lose enough weight to feel ok posting a photo, I will. Please do yourself a favor and order it! Your back and chest will thank you!
