No problems here. Tested all 6 cables. All worked and gave no hum. Visible cable measures 5 and 3/4 inches. From the base of one jack to the other is 7 and 7/8 inches. Took one pancake connector apart to check the soldering. Looks good. And it looks like the cables are soldered to a dedicated grounding tab, and not just the chassis of the connector. I expected the back plate to be plastic based on the picture, but it appears to be painted metal. Presumably they didn't want to gold plate the back plate, and thought the black looked better than having two different metal tones. For anyone wondering, the back plate is irrelevant. All the connections are made on the front.Overall, pending long-term durability, 10 out of 10 would buy again. And honestly, since they are pancake connectors, long-term durability is based entirely on your ability and desire to resolder connections yourself.

Surprisingly good for the money, good seller, really great looking on the pedalboard, cost as much as 6 pancake connectors, whats not to like?

Work great when you want your pedals close together on a pedal board but need to snake around a bit for preferred signal path.

Product works how you'd expect. no popping or hum. Product is properly soldered. They even used balanced cable. My only gripe is they didn't heatshrink or shim the connector.The wires inside the connector can shift and eventually break off. It can be easily fixed by removing the two screws and shimming the cable with silicone self fusing tape.
