I'm not gonna lie... I got these for my sister and I to be super extra at our sisters bachelorette and wedding since we were both Maids of Honor hahahaThey worked for their intended purpose and have a long battery life. They also have a long range (if using unobstructed) of 2 miles. The audio is pretty clear and it loud as well - I was able to hear every word.I plan on having a social event to raise awareness of my brand, I will most likely utilize these babies again for a smoother (and slightly extra) process lolThey do make sure you and the other person using it are on the same accord and can communicate with each other without having to call or go find each other. The cord could be a bit longer.Overall, I recommend.

I didn't expect much from this radio. I figured that if it would talk across a big room it would have done its job. I was wrong.The audio is clear and loud. The earpiece is very comfortable. The mic pics up quite nicely from your lapel. Noise suppression is good. As a matter of fact the ergonomics of the whole device are quite nice. Handy.Since there is no way to actually bench test this type of device, we field tested the range in a typical moderately dense suburban neighborhood with one unit inside a dwelling and the other moving away down the street. There were multiple dwellings and typical suburban foilage between the units. The usable range under those conditions was about half a mile.I have a storage cabinet full of radios. I can use anything I want. I will use this little guy at my smaller to medium speaking and teaching engagements to talk to the hospitality and security staff. Very compact. Very handy. Very simple. Solid radio.

If you use this as I intended, it works fine. It won't talk "far" like standard radios. This is more for being in different rooms in a small building. Seems to work fine for that. Battery life seems to be pretty decent.

Either mine are defective or the CTSS/DCS codes do not exist on these radios. Both hthe listing and the manual claim this as a feature. According to the manual while the radio keys are unlocked you should be able to press the "switch/menu" key twice in a row to set a CTSS/DCS code. The manual has a diagram that shows a "power/menu" button - this has to be it? The problem is that pressing that button twice does absolutely nothing on either radio. Pressing the + or - buttons changes the volume, and pressing the "P" key twice also does nothing. I can lock and unlock the keys, I can change the channel and volume, I can turn the radios on and off, and the PTT button works, but no combination of buttons will change or set a CTSS/DCS code.For $30 you can buy decent full featured GMRS radios, so unless you really need a miniature radio I think your money is better spent elsewhere (on something that works properly).

No tiene ninguna protección para la humedad, al ser de madera se hará feo con el tiempo, también las letras no se ven, están pintadas muy tenues y no lo puedes devolver, fatal la compra

Tenía mis dudas en cuanto a la calidad cuando lo pedí pero me lleve una agradable sorpresa porque viene muy bien terminado, colores brillantes y hasta el momento ha funcionado bien el Velcro de las imágenes, no sé caen.
