Have a 2023 Nissan that had the worst speakers I've ever heard. But they were glued to a frame and riveted to the doors. This allowed me to remove the others entirely and completely replace those bad speakers. Also drilled a small hole on the side to run the speaker wiring extension into the door since it is not internal to the door.

I used these to install 4 inch rockford fosgate speakers in my Honda Acty. I originally bought 3D printed spacers, but they warped in the heat, so I tried these out. The holes lined up perfectly, and the only modification I had to do was to bend the leads to the speaker down a little so they would not hit against the window when it was rolled down.

These fit my 5 1/4” speakers well. I would have given them 5 stars if they weren’t hollow on one side, making them difficult to seal both surfaces on exterior applications, and if the mounting holes were all recessed, so screw heads aren’t an interference.

The rings are stiff - I would have preferred some flexibility in the rings to insure a good seal.One ring was smushed a bit flat. I thought about ordering a replacement, but it worked well enough and will not be seen, so I just used it.

I needed 4 of them to meet my space needs. They stacked very well and provide me with what I needed.
