I tried another brand and it leaked horribly. Didn't have a gasket in it to seal properly. This one is perfect and fits my machine without air leaking. I used this type of cleaner with my last CPAP and never had issues. In fact, my machine simply maxed out the hours used after 7 years, so I had to get a new machine. My husband also has been cleaning his machine thing way withzero problems.

I received this without realizing it is to be used with a different machine than my Airsense 11, the So Clean 2. As such it's an adapter, of course. I can say that it fit my Airsense 11 well and I feel the gasket had a good seal.

I received the adapter top for the water chamber and noticed that the box wouldn't close completely. I opened the box and noticed that the So Clean tubing connector was a aftermarket hose barb drilled into the lid. The tubing fits the barb snuggly but it is nearly impossible to remove without much effort. I guess that I should have known that you get what you pay for as I will probably send this back and buy the proper lid adapter for the So Clean II. Would I recommend this if you are picky like me NO but if you want something that will work cheaper than an original I will leave that up to you. See photos, right side original and the left side the reviewed part.
