I bought this shredder in October 2022 and I really liked it. It did a good job, jammed only once in a while and it was pretty quiet too. Then in June 2023 the auto-feeder jammed badly and I couldn't get it to work properly any more. The manual feed would only shred single sheets or it would jam too. I sent an email the Bonsen support asking if they had any suggestions for correcting or repairing it. They asked if I could send a copy of my receipt and a short video of the problem, which I did. They promptly replied that it didn't appear to be repairable, so the would be sending a new shredder! Just received it today, July 27, and I am one very happy customer! They back up their product and I really appreciate it!Edit: Been using the replacement shredder for a few days and caught up quite a bit of shredding that had accumulated. New shredder seems quieter that the first one and works like a champ! I also ordered a box of Bonsen's own lubricating sheets and plan on lubricating this shredder on a more regular schedule than I had before. Still very happy!

Had over 6000 sheets to shred. Mostly stapled together. Only overheated 3 times in 2 days of spreading. But this was to be expected because I worked it hard. The automatic self feed is great if papers have no kinks, staples or binding to each other. Good size basket. I would recommend.

I received the shredder and began using it and the first time I used the auto shredder it stopped working. I called the company because the number is on the machine. They said return it to Amazon. I reordered it snd next day got a new one.Second one is perfect. Love this machine. The ability to do both auto shred a stack but manual shred a few is worth the money.I had bought many shredders over the last 10 years always in the $50-$75 range and each would last about 18-24 months. This I'm hoping is going to last. The last shredder I bought before this one only lasted 10 months. The fact the the Customer Service phone and email is on the machine, in the instructions and on a separate card this company Bonsen, stands behind their products.
