I still get dizzy with too much turning. My husband assures me that will go away with practice. Also, I can learn the footwork without going out to the field.

I wanted a Paraball from FunctionalPatterns but they are so expensives!This one is perfect for training and low cost.

I swing this ball and beat the crap out of it. Very sturdy and great for anyone learning how to rotate the body and swing for baseball or golf. I thought I need a heavy weight but this is perfect for anyone to start and maintain a strong core. I’m 6’2” 300lbs and it works me out really good.
