These are exceptionally comfortable replacement pads for my MDR-V6 cans; much more so than the Beyerdynamic pads I have that I used to replace the awful Sony pads on my second set of headphones. I'm knocking one star off because the inside of the pads narrows the area from the stock pads and partially occludes the drivers. I've not done an AB test to see how it changes the sound, but it's not bothered me for casual listening.

I like they are not the cheapo plastic coating that is used in the OEM. these are a type of fabric.Was pleased, so I bought another pair for my other headphones. A little work to put them on, but that is GOOD, means they won't slip off too easily.

These made my Sennheiser HD280 pros feel like a dream. The fur on them is very soft and mixed with the memory foam I will be able to wear these for a VERY long time. Will be buying more when these go bad. If you are using them with the 280 pros it does leak in more noise then the original pads, but the original pads were pressing below my ear and hurting my jaw and these still keep out sound and put your ears a little closer to the driver (there was a foam pad in the original pads that push them away that I didn't use see picture). These are SO COMFY! Cannot beat the price or comfort.
