This fit my 06 V70R perfectly.The part itself appears well made and looks very similar to the original part I removed. The fin and and tube count are the same and the tanks are crimped similarly as well. The supplied o-rings are perfect and similar material to OE.The included foam vibration/temperature insulation is less dense and not very adhesive, although it is much thicker than OE. You could use the provided foam as a template to cut your own from a neoprene foam sheet if you're concerned, although I opted to use it.I imagine as the part goes through heat cycles the adhesive will become more effective (I installed mine in sub 50 degree weather); not sure how Indeel about the foam - it may not last as long as OE, or even this part... we'll see I suppose.Heat output and airflow are exactly as expected - functioning as designed. The part fits snug and secure in the HVAC box cavity, no rattles, no leaks.I couldn't be more pleased!Bottom line:Fantastic value for money and it's apparent quality gives me confidence that I won't have to fold myself up under the dash to do this job again in the near future.

I used this to replace a leaking heater core; the part fits well and is working without any problems so far.
