The cable is very short and it is not for the UK...the plug is for another socket system

Not compatible to UK electric voltage. Very poor response to customers communication.

Love this compact rice cooker with the stainless inner bowl. The upper steam tray is very useful and handy. The overall cook time for 3 cups of rice is about 20 minutes. The initial burnt smell went away after one use. Also, I love the simplicity of this rice cooker. To avoid rice sticking to the bottom of the stainless bowl, do use a few drops of olive oil!

PROS - I like that it's stainless steel and I'm not worried about the coating peeling off and getting into my food. I cook rice 1-2x a week and it never stuck to the bottom. I'm not too worried about it too because I can just scrub it. Steamer attachment is also stainless steel and I use it occasionally.CONS - Why is this so much more expensive. And, I don't know why, but there are discolorations at the bottom. Hasn't made any difference but just not great to look at.
