These are very cute, very stylish and good quality. They are also designed to be fitted. I typically like my daughter's clothes to "fit", not for them to be so big that we can get "two more years of wear" out of it. (which is the typical parent goal :-)). That said, when these arrived. I realized we would not get ENOUGH wear out of them. Because it is fitted, she can comfortably only wear tank tops, yoga tops or gymnastic leotards underneath. Anything else would be uncomfortably tight or bunchy. I originally ordered a 8-9 for my 7yo, but will be returning for the 10-11. I believe it will still have a tapered look without being oversized. Plus she'll have room to grow because the quality will last. So, contrary to other posts, I don't think the jacket "runs small"; I think it's just designed to be fitted AND I believe it's designed for slimmer frames. That's great if you're open to buying another one sooner than desired because your kid has grown out of it. If that's not you (or if your kid has a stockier, thicker build), then size up more than you ordinarily would.

Was a way too small. Bought a larger size and it was not larger... It was even smaller. Really poor item.

This jacket fits my 11 year old great. Has been worn and washed many times without any stains that last or fading.

Sizes run very small. This was suppose to be a gift, it came without any tag and just rolled up in a plastic bag. Sometimes I think the people who package those items have no common sense. If a clothing item has no tag, I automatically think it was used and returned. This is a problem I’ve been having more and more with ordering clothing from Amazon. That’s why for things like that in store shopping is best.

This jacket looks really good and the material is very comfortable. The only issue I had with this jacket is that its too small, therefore definitely size up when buying it. I bought it for my 14 year old niece, but it was way too tight around the arms and too short. Unfortunately, I couldn't upsize it, as I bought the biggest one they have. Therefore just keep this in mind when buying.
