Make sure you look at the size of these Aqua Balls. This one was huge and not what I expected when I purchased it. Had to return it the next day. Ringo Not Approved

This is really easy to put water in and airup the rest of the way.As the title mention, I bought ghis brand because it was a better value than the others.It is definitely great for certain exercises, and I love water weights in general.Be careful and change the water frequently. Even if you put some vinager in the water, it will get pretty nasty inside. And once it starts, there's no way to really control it.I found the handles to be comfortable and appropriately sized.

I already have a sandbag and I bought the Aqua Bag thinking I could use it for similar workouts on the road. How did that work out? Much better than expected. The ball and accompanying pump collapse in a small package under 3lbs, that fits well in my carry-own. I have recently brought it on my travels through several countries and accomodation types, some with the gym and some with not. Soon enough I realized that the combination of running and Aqua Ball provides a comprehensive fitness regime.I got more than I brargained for with the ball, as the company has set up a You Tube channel with several dozens instructional videos. They are about 20 seconds long each. Actually, there are creative exercises that I have never seen before, and it's fun to try out different things. It keeps the workouts fresh. My favorits are balance and functional training movement.The item itself is robust and well made. I have no concerns about durability. The handles are strong, but I grab it as a sandbag more often than bot. I wish that there was a secondary one way valve for topping up air. I can top it up through the main valve and usually I close it quickly enough before the air escapes. However, in situations where there is more air and little water in the aqua bag, air tends to escape quicker. Pro tip, add a bit of vinegar to the water if you are going to keep it filled for a few weeks. It prevents growth of algae and bacteria.
