I think they might have shipped the wrong item because my pouch has a different design than the one pictured, and it doesn't seem to have multiple style options to choose from so I think there might have been a mix up. Despite that, I do still very much like the pouch and the design is still pretty and mystical, which is why I only took the one star off despite the unexpected surprise. The quality is pretty good, the velvet is super soft and thick. The embroidery is nicely done; even and straight and consistent lines with crisp details, but there are a few loose threads. The inside of the pouch is lined with some type of nylon, which makes the cards slide out easier than grippy velvet.Overall its high quality, but there may be a surprise regarding the embroidery pattern!

I really like the embroidered design on this velvety bag, it evokes the classic Ride Waite deck art without exactly copying anything, so if you want to keep something other than cards it in then it won't be too distracting. I like the size and shape of the bag, good for a larger deck, but the bag is so loud. There is a layer between the lining that sounds like a plastic bag rustling around whenever I touch it and I really don't like that at all.

While I normally like to keep tarot decks in boxes, some don't have that option, and so having a few bags handy is often very useful. This bag is mostly perfect for this sort of situation. First off, it's pretty big, and so my most jumbo deck is able to fit in here. Second, it has that nice velvety feel, and seems like it's pretty durable. I don't know what situations you would find yourself in which you'd stress test a tarot bag, but I feel like it would pass easily. Finally, it has some nice embroidery on it, with a sufficiently esoteric design to give those right tarot "vibes".The only reason I'm taking a star off is that this bag crinkles, and crinkles loudly. This is because there is an inner liner that is a plastic-y "linen". I swore for a bit that there must have been something in there that was causing the noise, but it is the bag itself. It's absolutely not a dealbreaker, and overall I think the bag is super solid, but it does take away from the aesthetic a bit.
