This appears to be a well made and functional rack-top bag. The zippers are shielded which means they should leak less. There is a nylon carrying strap on the front of the bag that works well.Attachment is via velcro straps and works well on my classic Blackburn rack. At the rear of the bag the straps wrap the side rails of the rack. At the front they wrap a cross rail. Plenty secure.An adjustable bungee webbing strap on the top of the bag could easily hold a light jacket or sweater.There are two zippered compartments. The main compartment is accessed by a double-zippered opening that runs three sides of the top of the bag hinging at the front. As the bag is not that deep (~4 1/2") this opening should provide ready access to everything in the main compartment. The inside of the main cover includes a mesh pocket which also opens to the rear - well thought out.The second compartment is much thinner, almost like a map pocket, and is contained in the cover of the main compartment. It is accessed by a zipper that runs the full length on the left side - just like a map pocket.There is a sewed-on rubber loop on the rear of the bag to retain a blinky. There is also a patch of reflective material on the rear of the bag as well as a couple of reflective stripes on each side.
