I've got the upper market bag, and this lower market bag compliments it perfectly.The look and feel of the two bags match (in 2023/2024), and I think they look better than the older style.Since this lower market bag is designed to work with the Travoy trailer, it has built-in clips to secure it when in use.Off the trailer, it can be used as a carry bag thanks to the included handles.The bag has a removable hard bottom. When removed, you can keep the bag attached to the Travoy, while still being able to fold the Travoy and put the wheels in the bottom fold. Genius!I was skeptical that this bag would actually be 40L, but much to my surprise, it is! And 40L is quite a lot of space for groceries and other items. Any bigger and it would be too easy to go over the Travoy's lower weight limit of 40lbs.I've already been able to do a few grocery runs with it, and I love it!I do have two complaints:One is the cost. This bag is averaging around $135 Canadian. When you add the upper market bag and the rain cover, the cost of the Travoy trailer suddenly shoots up to nearly $700! For the average person, this would be unjustifiable. For those of us who either don't have a car, or use our bikes for most of our short trips, it's more justifiable, but still... these should be half the price that they are.My second complaint is that the top of the bag is open with no way easy way to cover it. Cinching the side straps don't close the top enough. Since I also use the Arkel Shopper pannier, which does have a soft fabric over the opening to secure loose items, I miss not having one in the lower market bag.Overall, I'm quite pleased by this bag. My Travoy is now one of my most used cycling accessories I own, and the market bags add a tremendous amount of utility to the trailer.

I paid less than retail for this bag and I still feel like I paid too much. The allure of the bag is that it's perfectly sized for the Travoy and seamlessly attaches to the four connection points on the trailer. That's all it has going for it.The bag material is not the same quality and strength as other market-type bags. The bottom insert, meant to stabilize the bag is flimsy and attached with velcro. The inside velcro pocket is uselessly small. The top lacks any kind of cover or top to make sure what you're carrying doesn't go bouncing out. There are straps on the side that can somewhat cinch the top of the bag but riding over anything less than perfect pavement can cause them to loosen. Back "wall" support? Flimsy. Fold it when not in use? I can tell that will shorten the lifespan of the support wires in the front of the bag.I wish Burley would let a company like Meori make their bags. Meori bags are strong, stable, fold like a dream and have lots of comfortable handles, and their insulated bags have excellent zippered covers. All for a fraction of the price of Burley's bags.I'll use the Lower Market Bag until it falls apart but afterwards it's better brands + Burley Design Universal Bag Clips.

Good bag so far. Not much else to say. It does what it needs to do - holds groceries on the Burley cart.
