These are quality stiff cables-- looks durable and should last.I have four of these cables working with the following switches:- Ubiquiti USW-Pro-Aggregation- TP-Link TL-SX3008F- QNAP QSW-M2108-2SNICs:- Dell Broadcom 57810S Dual-Port 10GbE SFP+ Converged Network Adapter Y40PH- Mellanox MCX311A-XCAT ConnectX-3 EN 10G Ethernet 10GbE SFP+ PCIe NIC

Tried this with a QNAP Qsw-308-1C switch and no matter which port I plugged it into it would not be detected on the network. The switch lights would light up, the intel NIC cards would light up but nothing would appear on my network. Unraid kept saying that there was no cable connected to the switch.
