These covers are perfect for the Glencairn. If you give yourself a pour, especially of a good Scotch, these covers are the perfect compliment.

So the first glencairn I tried to put a lid on was extremely tight. I felt like I'd break the glass.I then tested it with my other five glens. Three were tighter than they should be, buttechnically usable. Two were what I expect they are suppose to fit like. Problem is only two of my glens are usable like this. Though, that seems a Glen problem rather than this product.I can't quite give a full 5 stars, but they work well if your glens work with them. Not 100% spill tight, but those are hard to fit into the glens and if you have a Glen that far tilted for that long, we got different problem. They let me actually use my limited amount of Gelns in my hanging chair (no cup holder) with minimal spillage concerns. Before I'd only use a flask.Bonus though. They fit on Kenzie glasses if those are your jam. So yay, more glasses they work with.

I love these little whiskey glass covers! The wood is very attractive and I like the ring patterns so you can always tell them apart. After breaking 2 watch glass covers from forgetting about them and dripping them off the top of my glass by accident, I was shopping for more secure lids and found these.First, the contrast and lovely wood make it extremely unlikely that I'll forget them, and even if I drop one it probably won't break. I like to sip spirits on the patio and using a cover helps prevent bugs from getting into my drink. I am mostly using mine without the seal attached, so I'm glad the seal is pretty easy to remove and reinstall. And I noticed a negative comment by another reviewer about how these are not watertight so I wanted to check that, and I snapped pics that hopefully will show on this review. With the seal attached, these will pretty much prevent spills. It's not a perfect seal but it's good enough for me to take pictures with glass inverted while only losing a drop or two!I usually prefer to use my cut crystal version Glencairn, and it is made of thicker glass, so the seal is a little tighter on it than on the regular Glencairn. The crystal glass has almost a watertight seal, but that also makes the lid a bit stiffer to remove. The regular glass drips a little more (when upside down!) but the lid is easier to remove. With the seals in place, these lids will pretty much prevent spills even if you knocked over your glass. In the end, I'm very satisfied with these. They are attractive, and even elegant, they serve my purpose better than other products I've tried, and they are reasonably priced.

These Glencairn caps work great. I was a little hesitant to spend $20 for Glencairn caps but these are worth it. You get 6 and the top of each one has 1 to 6 concentric circles so you and your friends can keep track of whose glass is whose. They come in a nice cardboard storage tube. The caps are really sturdy and fit perfectly. The rubber (silicone?) stopper is firm enough to be durable and make a great seal but not too firm to gap or become brittle and crack or break. A must if you want to sip slowly and keep your whiskey (or any other beverage) from evaporating.
