So i got these for my wayfarers since i flung them off of my head and broke the lenses. Since that time I replaced the lenses with prescription lenses and ordered the chums. That was probably 3-4 months ago. So first off they fit big wayfarers fine. Second they were great for the first month or so. Now they are craptastic. Ok these are for sunglasses. I live in new orleans. As soon as you start to sweat they will start popping off all the time. I have to replace them with something more reliable. Im disappointed.

These sure do hold the glasses on kids heads, BUT if you tighten it appropriately, there's a big plastic piece on the back of their heads. If they are riding in the car or have their heads leaning back on a seat, this bothers them. It's just fine if they are out and about though. Good product.

This is the third eyeglass leash I've bought, the other two only lasted a couple weeks before they were constantly slipping. With this Chums leash instead of the glasses being secured with a loop of plastic, they are secured by a plastic or rubber socket which attaches to the ends of the glasses. The rubber socket is thick and strong. It takes a bit of effort to insert the glasses into the socket, but once you've installed the leash it is very secure and looks like it won't be slipping off anytime soon. As far as the cord goes, it is long enough that you can wear it comfortably, on me it comes down to the midpoint of my chest.I bought the two pack so I should be set for leases for a long time to come.

I am a long time Chums user...but of the original cloth variation. One thing about the cloth was that, over time, the cloth would deteriorate and the ends would get lose and nearly fall off the tips. Also, the cloth it thicker and will push your ears a bit more. So, when it was finally time to retire my old cloth Chums I saw these....which they did not have last time I purchased. First off, the rubber tips grip just the end of the glasses arm, so you don't get the extra pressure on your ears. That is very nice! The rope is also slimmer so it has a better look, in my opinion. Now the only thing that MIGHT be a disadvantage is the rope on your neck may be less comfortable than the cloth. I have not had a change to test that theory. I'm betting the rope will hold up a bit better and not get sweat stains like the cloth version. So far so good!

They would not go on to the ear piece so they were useless for my needs.
