Really awesomeThing is that I had taken a small box cut a hole made a little ramp up.And kitten face would use it (keep in mind I have two elder cats with a box. They won't switch. I am trying to train kitten to use toilet)I switched to this item (also switched litter. At the same time I feel that it not being inclosed is a negative for kitten that or more then likely.Kitten is really wanting to get in grace with the two cats that sadly are tolerating him for my sake.So he has not used it yet.Other then that this product is well made and for anyone that has no other pets.This would work perfectlyKeep in mind when you get a cat. A cat needs a cat to learn how to cat so always get two kittens not only oneAfter all that will be better for them. After all a cat is part of the family

Tracking shipment was sent from China and the packaging was so skimpy that it caused a break, but it didn't affect the use.Trying it out and hoping for success.
