Nothing special about the shoes, but they appear well-made for the most part. Just kind of plain and boring probably fine for a work suit. They fit exactly 2 size and they are comfortable as far as pumps go. All pumps kind of jam my toes a bit!

I have other shoes from Cole Haan that are great. These squeeze my toes way more than any other pointed shoes I have (which are many). I wore them for an event one weekend and I won't be wearing them again. Also the leather appeared to be creasing very easily on the first wear.

These are a great addition to your work or church wardrobe. When I first got these, I was tempted to send them back because my right foot was significantly tighter than my left foot. These have been in my closet for several months and I decided to wear them to work a few days ago; surprisingly they were much more comfortable than they were on my initial fitting. Maybe my feet were swollen at the time. I wore them the entire day and did not feel any discomfort. They are true to size. Keep in mind that they are slightly pointy-toe. They feel like authentic leather and the sole is made of quality material also. I think this is a very stylish shoe.
