I've only had this cup for ONE week and when I tried to remove the sip spout it completely broke off the hinge never to work again. Also the glass is extremely thin so you have to very gently put it down on any hard surface. Would not recommend!

I love these straws. I've had them for a while and they are great. I've been surprised a few times that the straws didn't break in the sink. Easy to clean and looks great. The silicone tips make me feel more comfortable with using glass straws because the glass isn't actually in my mouth so it feels safer. They don't leak, and ive used them for iced coffee almost every day.

I ordered this cup due to its perfect specifications. It is glass with a glass straw and a SEALING lid with a sip option. you can forgo the straw if you want or seal it to store your beverage without spilling. The size IS Perfect For iced coffee, 16 oz sodas or anything where you lots of ice. The silicone sleeve is removable making easy cleaning.I enjoyed this cup for approx 2 months with until one day the bottom shattered out randomly while drinking ice water. The straw shattered a little while afterwards on the same day too ironically? I reached out to colorvie and they replaced my cup free of charge and SUPER fast. I was very impressed with their GREAT customer service. They didn't want the old cup back and responded super quickly to my message. They mailed the new cup out even quicker. This 100% redeemed them. I know glass has a risk of breaking, that's just common sense but it was due to weakness in the glass related to temperature change I assume, not any trauma to the cup. The Glass is a bit thin but it's also lightweight and sturdy enough. I hope this second one lasts. The price point is excellent for what you get and i look forward to future business!

I was pleasantly surprised with packaging and how secure it was packed. It’s perfect have used it hot and cold. It’s not too big it’s the right size on ice or hot beverage.

The glass looks great, and overall it works well for what I wanted. The problems I have are that because the glass and plastic grip are so thin, it’s pretty hot to the touch when drinking a hot drink. There is no air hole in the lid so you have to open the straw hole in order for the liquid to flow out of the sip hole while drinking. Also, you have to hold these two covers open while drinking so they don’t fall on your face. Good product that could just use some tweaks, but I would buy again.
