I've ordered these several times and include them in harm reduction kits that are given out in the local community. Highly recommend utilizing a face shield when delivering life saving measures. These are affordable and small enough that recipients can easily carry them on keychains, in purses, etc.

The world would be a better place if everyone kept current on CPR skills. While compression-only techniques are great (and much better than nothing), if you were doing CPR on me I'd be extra pleased if you through some of your extra oxygen into the deal as well. Keeping these small masks on your key chains, in your work desk drawer, in your glove box, etc can help ensure that you always have one available to keep you safe. Or maybe if someone needs to rescue YOU they'll see it and feel more comfortable with giving you rescue breathing.The pouch is sturdy and well made, keeps the mask secure, clean, takes up a very small amount of space, and is lightweight.I bought the 25-pack and gave the extras to my work colleagues.

Ordered these for a EMR class I was teaching. Not bad, you get what you pay for. About the size of a half dollar. Case is a study nylon material. The shield itself, works as surgical mask with a one way valve disk. Downside, it tries to tell you which side goes to patient but since the mask is clear it's hard to tell in a "go" like situation might take a second to make sure its correct. Also the valve is flat and is not an actual mouth piece so insuring it's actually over the patients mouth will add a few minutes.
