I love that this is a calander style baby book. Being able to hang it up and having it open for me to see makes it so much easier to remember to add things to it, unlike the typical baby books that just sit around waiting to get filled out. I love the stickers that help add little details like baby’s first food or first steps. It’s very detailed but not too overwhelming. And the price is amazing! So affordable! I’ll be giving these out at any future baby showers I’m invited to. The only downside is that there aren’t any other prints in this style baby book. I would’ve loved to have an option for something more gender specific, but it’s not that big of a deal! Still an amazing baby book. Highly recommend!

This is just adorable! It's hard to tell from the Amazon images, but all of the illustrations, borders, etc. look like they are hand-stitched which gives it a really cute effect. It also comes with a page of stickers in the back that include things like, "Finds hands", "First tooth", "Visits grandparents" etc. - plus stickers to label each month so you can start on your child's birth month. It actually has 13 months so that you can track events from birth through their first birthday. You apply the names of each month to the top of each page (so you can start with whichever month baby was born in) and month 13 is called "Happy Birthday!". In addition to showing the monthly calendar, each month has room for a photo as well as space to write about things such as baby's eating habits, sleeping habits, favorite things, height/weight, and what they've learned during the month. It's a really cool alternative (or addition) to a traditional baby book. I actually find myself jotting down little things on most of the days, such as "Fell asleep watching football with Daddy" and "First Road Trip", and noting when visitors come by. There are also pages in the front for a family tree, and space to write about the day baby was born, vital stats, etc. Overall it's a neat little keepsake and hopefully one that our baby will enjoy years from now when he is all grown up!

I got one of these for my first kiddo as a baby gift and it was the best thing ever! When you're busy with a newborn/infant, you don't necessarily have the time or organization to mark all of the milestones. This calendar makes it so easy! There are stickers included for things like "first smile" and loads of fill in your own milestone stickers as well to help you mark all the important events easily.This calendar is extra cute with the cute stitching illustrations and perfect for a boy or a girl!
