I got these for a great discount, but beyond that these are Amazon drivers. Very high quaility and magnetized. I would buy over again

Besides being, by far, the most attractive set of screwdrivers I have (due to the high-polish tips and the black shafts), vs. eight other sets from name brands purchased within the past year, these DeWalt Tough Series screwdrivers seem truly to be made the most durable, yet are also the most comfortable to use, and have great-fitting, well-magnetized tips. They really seem to be A+ in all respects.In using them with high-torque applied to a Phillips-head screw, I notice how firm the screwdriver feels, without any twisting of the shaft occurring internally, nor bending of the shaft, nor any stripping out. Moreover, the user has a very good grip and also very good leverage due to the grip (handle) end being so well-made, with tacky rubber and a good, fairly wide thickness. They feel great.And, the magnetism of the tips on all of the full screwdrivers is incredibly good, the best I've seen-- plus the 20 bits, while not magnetized, nonetheless truly "jump" into the bit driver's receptacle for them (and seem to "lock in" or stick well in there) because the bit driver's receptacle IS magnetized-- and strongly magnetized! This means the bits are quite unlikely to fall out in use. AND, that if other bits you may have from other sets will fit into this bit driver, they will "jump in" and stick firmly, too!By the way, the two receptacles for the 20 bits that come with this screwdriver set are a good quality rubber, so the bits stay in each labelled hole without any risk of falling out, and in fact they take a little bit of doing to remove individually. Fine quality.I only use these screwdrivers for household work-- I'm not a contractor-- but I'm good at what I do and it's just that I don't use screwdrivers all day long or every day, so my tests of these have not taken place over too many hours. I'm not so sure that makes a difference to the validity of my review, though certainly if some reviewer here says they've used them daily for a couple of years, that should definitely be paid attention to. There were tons of wonderful reviews for these at the Ace Hardware website and on DeWalt's own website, although in each case people were reviewing a slightly different set. They were still DeWalt Tough Series, and most of the screwdrivers were the same exact ones as these, but that set had no bit driver nor any bits, and no duplicate screwdrivers. I prefer this set on Amazon, at it has a bit driver with 20 bits, all very useful including a rather complete group of Torx bits, including the uncommonly available but often needed T27.If I had to make one complaint about this particular set, it's that they double up on the Phillips #2 driver and on the slotted 1/4" driver, but I could have lived without the duplicate screwdrivers of these in exchange for getting a Phillips #3 and a slotted 5/16", which are not included here, but are included in that alternative set that is sold by Ace Hardware. Again, however, that set doesn't include the bit driver like this set on Amazon nor the bit driver's 20 bits. And this particular bit driver with the great magnetic hold on the bits is NOT sold by DeWalt a là carte.I really think this DeWalt Tough Series set from Amazon is a winner, of premier quality, meeting the toughness and durability requirements that I have for a number of high-torque applications. I have seen reviews with photos of various other screwdriver sets available here on Amazon, and even if they are four and a half or five star sets, there are a number of one-star reviews for each which include photos of worn-down or frayed tips, broken shafts, broken grips, and shafts twisted out of the handles. I just can't see that happening with this DeWalt Tough Series set, whose screwdrivers feel so strong and durable, and, I'm told, are considerably stronger than DeWalt's popular, lower-priced set.
