This is a delightful gratitude journal. I got it because I've been a little down lately, and thought it might help buoy me up to my usually good spirits. Each day has an inspirational quote and a section for morning and evening reflections. The pen is nice to hold and the ink flows well. I've used it for one day and can see myself being able to keep the habit.The only thing I don't like about the journal is that with the light coloured fabric, it's likely to get marked and stained, so I'll need to be careful.

This is a lovely looking, good quality gratitude journal, and the materials for the journal itself are very nice. Unfortunately the pen, which looks amazing at first glance, is very plasticy… thick plastic, but still plasticy. It is not metal as advertised in the listing… at least mine isn’t. The pen does work nicely and the action is reasonably smooth, but not up to the standard of other rotating pens.

I’m so impressed with how carefully the journal and pen were packaged.The previous gratitude journals that I have owned have just had a prompt to write what you’re grateful for each day. This journal also has that, but with many additional features. Each page contains an inspirational quote, an area to write a positive affirmation and multiple prompts to allow for reflection at the beginning and end of each day.Both the pen and journal are of beautiful quality and would make for a lovely self-care gift for yourself or anyone who enjoys self-development.

The gratitude journal looks nice with a sturdy hardcover and a black ribbon placeholder. The paper thickness is mid-weight, so you may want to test different pens to avoid bleed-through. It features daily challenges (e.g. write a letter to your future self) or quotes at the top of each page. It's also undated which is handy if you don't journal everyday.There are prompts each day/morning and night and these remain the same on every page. It may take some practice to get used to if you’re new to gratitude journaling.
