Compré la V8 hace 2 años en una tienda departamental, antes del vencimiento de la garantía, falló la batería, no hay centros de reparación, tuve que empacarla y enviarla por mensajería a una dirección autorizada, quedó bien, ahora que venció la garantía se tronó este cabezal, hablé a Dyson y me sugirieron comprarlo aquí en Amazon, llegó muy bien y ha funcionado perfectamente, resumiendo NO recomiendo la V8 ni ninguna otra, es muy cara para que se descompone con poco uso, debería durar más de 2 años sin ningún arreglo, hay mejores marcas y de mejor calidad

I have a Dyson v7 and have been using the large brush head attachment it came with for years till it stopped working one day. I found this attachment and read where others said it was good for vinyl/hardwood. Most of my house is lvp/tile and thin carpeting. So I figured this would do better than the original attachment I’ve been using. This did NOT dissapoint me!!! I was blown away by how easily it picked up small crumbs and even parts of leaves! Where as the original brush head attachment I would have to go over a few times sometimes for it to pick up all the dirt. I thought I needed a new battery for the longest time but I really think this is what I needed. It works SO good!!!

Bought as accessory for Dyson vacuum. Shipped on time. Works extremely well on hard surfaces. Recommend.

Der Dyson Soft Roller Cleaner Head kam sehr schnell und gut verpackt an. Ich verwende ihn für das Modell V8. Der V8 kommt bei mir auf allen Böden täglich seit ca. 3 Jahren zum Einsatz. Der erste Kopf funktionierte noch gut nach dieser Zeit und Belastung. Allerdings war der Flausch zur Schonung der Flächen durch die intensive Nutzung unten drunter ab. Und die Rollbürste durch die Nutzung leicht verbraucht. So entschloß ich mich zum Kauf des o. g. Aufsatzes. Dieser gleitet merklich sanft und weich über alle Böden, funktioniert einwandfrei und saugt wie gewohnt Krümel und Staub weg, wobei die Ansaugkraft natürlich auch mit der Leistung des Akkus zusammenhängt. Perfekt zum Reinigen für zwischendurch.Finde nur den Preis ein wenig hoch, deshalb vergab ich die 4 Sterne für den Preis. Von der Leistung her sind es 5 Sterne, das wird leider nicht getrennt abgefragt. Daher 4 1/2 Sterne insgesamt.

EXCELENTE, ENTREGADO ANTES DE LO ESPERADO. EL CABEZAL LO REQUIERO PARA LA V11 OUTSIZE, QUEDO PERFECTO
