This is a neat idea but it’s only rattan Look, it’s actually woven plastic. This is a set of two solar led lights for outside decor. I was waiting for a sunny day to review this since I needed a full day to see how the lights charged. It took me a stupid amount of time to figure out the solar panels themselves are a light sensor. So these lights will Only turn on if the panels are covered or it’s very dark. (Inside my house with curtains drawn wasn’t dark enough) so first, I’m kind of bummed there isn’t an actual “on” switch. That would make these useful during a power outage or for mood lighting. As it stands, they only will work in the dark so if there is enough ambient lighting say from another set of string lights or torches etc these won’t turn on. The button on the top is purely to turn the sensor on or off, so if it’s off the light won’t turn on and if button is pushed “on” it will only work in the dark. The nice feature is the lights can be pulled from the lantern to charge in the sun. The lantern itself is a wire frame wrapped in rattan looking plastic cord and stands on its open base or can be hung by the handle. This would make a nice night light for a corner of a yard, but because of the light sensor it isn’t as useful to me for cooking on the back porch or entertaining in the yard.

I LOVE these solar lanterns! They are well made and stylish. They come well packaged and would make a great shower, wedding, birthday or holiday gift enabling a great ambiance to any outdoor space.

These solar outdoor rattan lanterns provide a soft, warm light and make an attractive addition to my patio. The rattan-style design is made from coated plastic, giving the lanterns a natural look while offering material durability. They are lightweight and can be placed on tables or hung using the attached handles.The solar panels charge during the day and the lanterns automatically turn on at night, offering several hours of illumination depending on sunlight exposure. The coated plastic construction appears likely to handle outdoor weather conditions for seasonal use. I'm very happy with these and will likely purchase more.

These are a beautiful set of solar lights and look amazing on our deck. My wife’s loves how they match our wicker furniture and come on at dusk and last well past bedtime. They are a great size for our end tables. A great find! Do note they are made of a wicker type material.
