Le falta piezas para armarlo y es súper grande de forma exagerada. La rampa no se ve como en las fotos. Las torturgas ni se pueden subir por ahí porque queda muy inclinado

This is so great! My turtles love it. Very good quality and you have different options to hang it over the side. Do make sure if it is on the higher setting to put a screen over your tank so your turtle buddies don't get out. =)

it was a little too big for the tank I have but I would have kept it around until I got a larger tank.. it was delivered in just a bag .. it is made of plastic pieces and so it should be sent in a box or something very padded . it was mailed in just a bag .. and a portion of it was broken ... there was no issues with retuning and refund... I would recommend if it's shipped in a box and also if you have a medium size to large tank and a medium size to large turtle. its not meant for small turtles because the spaces are too large .... be sure when you check the boxes to have it shipped in its own bag or a box from Amazon to make sure for delicate items that unless you want things broken or torn to assure they are shipped to protect the product ..

I bought the hanging one (platform B) and it's actually really good. I have 2 aquatic turtles, a red eared named Neptune and a mississippi map named Poseidon. They are around a year old. Only 1 has figured out how to get up there so far. I just put it in last night so that's ok. Anyway, the only issue I have is that it's not adjustable. The vertical pipes are too long for my current setup. I need it up higher and the only way to do that is to either cut them or go buy some shorter ones. Oh well. It's durable and way better than those stupid grassy platforms that clog and kill your filters.Also I was looking through pics in the reviews and a lot of them don't have enough water for their aquatic turtles. It's 10 gallons of water per inch of shell and if you have more than one turtle you count each shell. So 2 turtles with 3 inch shells each you need 6 inches x 10 gallons of water. 60 gallons is a lot and people dont realize they arent giving their turtles adequate space and water. If this helps even 1 turtle I'm cool with that.

I received my replacement dock today. My initial dock was missing PVC parts, I requested a replacement. However, my replacement dock is also missing vital parts (PVC elbow) for dock to be secured. I assumed this product was ideal for my turtles; regrettably the lack of necessary parts is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I only requested to receive my items as advertised, including all hardware and parts.
