I really liked this at first, it screwed onto the faucet really easily and worked perfectly for a month. But when I tried to change the filter for the first time, I had to remove it from the faucet (it was impossible to just unscrew the bottom) and then when I tried to reattach it to the faucet it won't go back on. The cheap plastic already wore out after just 1 month. And I tried contacting Toyola for a replacement but the inquiry form does not go through.

The water quality in my home is not very good and often has a strange smell. After using this water filter, the taste of the water has improved significantly and it tastes fresher. The installation is also very simple. You only need to connect it to the faucet. No professional tools are required and it can be done in a few minutes.

Edit: The clear case on the plastic portion of the faucet filter cracked when I had four more filters left, so I reached out to the company to see if they would just replace the case since I have so many filters left. Although it took a while, Tylola did get back to me and helped me with my concern. Other than that one issue, I have used and loved the same product( faucet filter) from this company for years with no issue. I may just have to be extra careful with the water pressure so that the case doesn’t crack again(I don’t use high pressure in my sink anyhow and had never had any issues before).
