Definitely for smaller hands. Very good quality. The 3 inch diameter doesn't allow for full range of motion with large or xl hand size. However, at least one of these is going to live in the car. So I'll be keeping the set. The texture is helpful and they spring back to original circle (some other manufacturers do not).Also, the weight range isn't that accurate, but probably doesn't matter much. There are 2 rings with 50 pound ratings. The Grey should maybe be labeled 60 and 70?

Not as big as it appears on the web site. Looks like someone with a medium size hand is demonstrating the product. Also, the resistance is substantially less than the ratings.

I needed grip trainers that were not so bulky. This has been perfect for my needs - compact.

The gray says 50-60 lbs., but the light blue labeled 40-50 lbs. has more resistance. It could be a one-off mistake or a manufacturing issue. Either way, they work well.
